Ok, I'll be honest, I'm very new to this site and don't really understand. I can only submit one thing per week if I join? Or I can only submit one thing to this contest/folder thingy per week? But then you say not to submit to featured. I don't really know what that means either. Sorry!

You may submit one deviation per week, to any folder, but no more than one.

There are more folders
Just go through the gallery and you'll see a variety of folders...you can submit 1 per week in any folder you want to submit except the featured folder
